I had a bad experience with surgery 6 years ago, and I need to have another one now. I freaked out today, and the surgery was cancelled. A friend suggested I try hypnosis, and I wondered if anyone has had success getting over a similar situation using hypnosis. Thanks!

Mine is octopi, squid and anything tenticles. In order it goes:

Octopi (can’t even look at them!!!)
Squid (can’t look at them but I’ve tried and can watch people eat calimari if it’s only the rings)
Jelly fish
Star fish
Snails (part of the celphapod family along with octopi)
