		<description>I can&#039;t say for sure, but it seems it would be helpful. Once you can really identify the source of your phobias, you have a better chance of making a plan to respond to them. As far as depression is concerned, I wish you the best in that regard. You just hang in there and if something brings you comfort (like writing in a journal) then it&#039;s good.</description>
