Jessica asked:

I have this thing that whenever I hear about “drawing blood” “shots” a “quart/pint of blood” and whatnot I get dizzy and afraid, and begin to sweat. What is wrong?

I can relate to you. Just try not to think of it. It’s just blood. Instead, think of it as something else… like imagine it being red ink or melted candy. I know it sounds weird but it totally works for me :)

Just think about this thought, your full of blood, it’s pumping through you giving you life and without it you would die. It’s not a bad thing and its just a part of you just like your bones and muscles.
