How do you know if you have a phobia of spiders?

If you can’t control your actions around them or act irrationally.
if its a real phobia, (aracnaphobia) (sp?) your reactions to spiders or anything spidery (webs) is irrational compared to others who are just “creeped out” by spiders. panic attacks may occur in a spidery situation.
If you can eat them. You do not have a phobia
im just scared of them because i dont know if they’re poisonous
