Is there a phobia for people that have high IQs that lie a lot?

I think your friend is a little ridiculous. IQ and lying are two separate things. Just because you have a high IQ doesn’t mean that you lie all the time, and having a low IQ doesn’t mean that you don’t lie all the time.. if you know what I am trying to say.
Additionally, not all people who have high IQ’s are self-conscious. The question is, are you really lying to her about something? (putting aside the reasons she is saying).
I would have to say that she is probably making these justifications up to prove you are wrong. Best thing, if you truly aren’t lying, just say that and don’t let her make you think you are!!
People with high IQ’s do not lie more than people with low IQ’s.
Some people lie, some people don’t. IQ has nothing to do with it.
I have no idea where your friend came up with that.
