You know I was thinking…if you are afraid of things to one side of your body…can’t you just turn around so you are not afraid for it to be on your good side? Please reply I want to see someone else’s perception on this thought.

my phobia is screamers like its very big im too scared and when i do see one i go into tears im not the other people who see screamer im achally afiad im scared to watch videos but its hard mto overcome it i have to watch 1/4 of the screen its very hard hopefully ill get better
i fear knifes when i was a little kid i was playing with one i dint no it could hurt me so i cut my self and chop off half of my finger since then i get sacrd when people hold them and ther by me
i dun exactly fear sharp objects but get really uncomfortable when they r near me especially when they r pointing at my eyes. EVEN if its on tv or the comp and its not real i still get uncomfortable. help?
