What can you tell someone with a needle phobia to try and calm them?

   first off you didn’t really explain what type of needle? if it is for a shot or, the dentist or for stitches? mabe the question will have better answers if you give a little more information ok? Hope this helps and Good Luck!!

   My mother swears by trying to wiggle her left big toe. I make sure to relax and find something in a roof corner to stare at- and it doesn’t especially hurt then.

   IN the case of a blood test I would just reassure them that it is being done by a trained professional who knows exactly what they are doing. Its not like anyone has ever been badly hurt from a blood test.
