no. thats the fear of small spaces. i have the restraining fear too. i cant find the name either
Same here. There are some who say that it’s an ocd (obsessive cumpulsive disorder) related thing, but I don’t agree with that.
It sounds and feels more like a panic attack to me.
I have this too. I can see why people say its part of OCD but I dont actually think it is. I have on occasion started to have an “attack” while in a seatbelt.
